Sperm Donation

Sperm donation is a procedure in which a man donates his semen – the fluid containing sperm that is released during ejaculation – to help an individual or a couple conceive a baby. Under normal conditions the donated sperm is used by a couple or individual that has no sperm in order to conceive a child.
